Tracks don’t sound right on Spotify
If you have delivered a release but the tracks don't sound right on the service, then we advise that you read this article about mastering and loudness. You can make changes to your audio files by issuing a full asset update. Please allow for the SLG timelines for the update to reflect on the client.
Please check your source files if the tracks are cutting out early, in the wrong order, or there are other playback-related issues. Once confirmed ok on your end, please issue a full asset update. If after the SLG timeline the issues persist, then please reach out to Content Provider Operations.
