Your music release has the wrong number of tracks
If you delivered your release with fewer or more tracks than you intended, then all future updates and takedowns will fail once corrected on your end. The same applies for Disc structures.
When you deliver a release to us, the track number, and disc structure are set. Any change to this structure will lead to updates failing to ingest. Additionally, we're unable to amend or correct this on our side.
Therefore, we advise you to deliver a correct release under a different primary identifier (commonly the UPC, EAN or GRID). Then remove the original delivered release after track linking has taken place.
If the original release is unworkable, and you aren't able to remove it, then please contact Content Provider Operations. In this instance we'll remove the release on your behalf.
