Why should you do when your cover art isn’t showing or showing incorrectly?
If your cover art isn’t showing after a few minutes, there's probably an issue with the file and a transcode failure. You need to send an update with a file that meets our specifications. You can look out for error messages in the Deliveries section in Spotify For Music Providers.
Use the Primary Release ID and/or a Batch ID to search for the release in the Deliveries tab. If you find the delivery, Spotify for Music Providers will let you know of any errors. You can fix the errors and send a new delivery to solve the problem.
